PRP (platelet-rich plasma) vaginal rejuvenation means taking a small amount of your own blood, concentrating the platelets, and injecting them into the vaginal wall in the hope that their growth factors support tissue repair. The evidence is still limited and mostly from small studies. At Sinsoe Women's Clinic in Gangnam, Seoul, female OB-GYNs offer related regenerative options, a vaginal growth-factor injection and an autologous stem-cell injection, alongside the MonaLisa Touch laser. An English-speaking coordinator answers your questions first.
Availability: PRP as a stand-alone vaginal treatment is not on Sinsoe's confirmed list. The clinic does offer a vaginal growth-factor injection and an autologous stem-cell vaginal injection, and a female doctor can tell you which is suitable.
Platelet-rich plasma is made from your own blood. A small sample is spun in a centrifuge so the platelets separate and concentrate. Platelets carry growth factors that play a role in normal wound healing.
For vaginal rejuvenation, the PRP is injected into the vaginal wall and sometimes near the clitoris or urethra. The aim is to support blood flow and tissue quality, which may help dryness, sensation or mild leaks.
Because it comes from your own body, allergic reactions are very unlikely. But how well it works is still uncertain, and the way PRP is prepared varies from clinic to clinic, which makes results hard to compare.
Women usually look at PRP because they want something natural from their own body. A doctor helps you match the treatment to the real cause.

Dryness and low sensation often have treatable causes such as low estrogen, medicines, infection or stress. Your doctor checks these first, so you don't pay for a treatment that misses the real cause.
